Kalyn Romaine is an accomplished organizational psychologist, executive coach, business transformation expert, and former corporate executive with over 15 years of experience driving impactful change across diverse sectors. Her expertise has been instrumental in shaping the trajectory of organizations ranging from high-growth unicorn startups and Fortune 100 giants to mission-driven nonprofits and large-scale city governments. Kalyn’s in-house experience has transformed Amazon, The Walt Disney Company, Zapier, and the City of New York; whereas, her satisfied clients include notable companies such as Cargill, State Farm Insurance, Colgate University, the Federal Reserve Bank, Genius, and Visa. More than names, they are a testament to her versatility and effectiveness in navigating complex organizational landscapes.

As the founder of Forward Collective Group, Kalyn leads with a philosophy centered on creativity, intimacy, and efficiency. This approach extends to her community, as Kalyn founded the nonprofit, Forward Collective Investments, to reinvest in the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
